Own one of these for the TV. Best purchase, no more typing slowly with the remote. One day voice control will do the trick, but until that day this works a treat.
This doesnt replace TV remote typing right? Its only to control a pc connected to the TV. Like for example, I cant use this to type in search terms in the youtube app for android TV

How did you get that to work? You connected the USB receiver to a port on the TV and it just worked? Did you have to do anything else?
EDIT: I'm only asking you, I'm not speaking from experience myself. If this does work with Android tv then I will get one for myself. From some light googling, it looks like you are right!

Great mouse tho for anyone who is looking, def has lasted me a few years over travel and bring dropped on conferences floors :) decent battery still to this day, worth it product,
gotta say, i don't love mine. they are sufficient, but i think an air mouse would be better suited, or remote with a voice input for a media centre.
decent price though :)
Can I use this with the Oculus Quest 2 Virtual Desktop?
Brought a few of these, they are great, what I particular like about them for a media centre is they can take knocks. My daughter has thrown them across the room and they lasted.
Then it's good that she hasn't chucked it at the screen yet. The keyboard would survive ofcourse… ;)
mx anywhere 2 vs mx master 1
Was that a question? The Master is a big mouse and designed for desktop use. The Anywhere is a portable mouse. There's a good photo of them side by side here.

Only slightly. They both came out in 2015. The MX Anywhere 2 came out a couple of months after the MX Master, so they're about the same age. I'd say which one is better really depends if you want a smaller or larger mouse. The MX Master has a horizontal scroll wheel under your thumb, which the Anywhere 2 doesn't have.
@ak47wong: So what would I be better off if I have a MacBook Air that is plugged into monitors at home would I be better off getting the master

@eckers19: Yes the batteries are rechargeable. Really I don't know how big your hands are lol. Between these two, I would personally go for the MX Master because I don't like small mice, even for portable use. I currently use a M720 Triathlon, which is about halfway between the two in size.

I have this and unfortunate this keyboard doesn't work with YouTube app on my LG smart tv but works on netflix, weird.
May I suggest that it somehow relates to the keyboard app on the tv set ?
There's no keyboard app, just plug in the receiver and use. Cursor also works but keys dont type in youtube app for some reason.
Did anyone buy this? Does your touchpad work? Tried on 2 PCs and can't get touchpad working. Keys and mouse buttons work, just the pad itself is completely unresponsive. Are drivers needed?
If this is a UK keyboard does that mean it's UK ISO format? Picture shows regular layout but that could be a dealbreaker.
