          @MauTauAja: It is about AMD GPU + FreeSync monitor. But to make it work like a G-Sync monitor with nVidia GPU, we need to use DP. I am not sure about HDMI 2.1 though but this monitor doesn't have HDMI 2.1 anyway as it is not mentioned on the specs.

          @MauTauAja: Yeh, I'm fairly certain that's based on having an amd gpu. FreeSync support wasn't native with nvidia gpu. So I believe you need display port to utilise FreeSync / gsync on compatible nvidia gpu's.

  Question:
  I currently have a "https://www.samsung.com/uk/monitors/led-s27b350h/" which has a Response Time: 2ms (GTG) at 1080p 60hz.

  Since this is 8ms will I still get the same gaming experience?

  (Since this is 75hz might try to game on that refresh rate but guessing it will support 60hz as well)

    Will support lower rrefesh, this also has extreme mode and goes as fast as 4ms gtg. You probably won't notice much if any difference between 1ms and 4ms, although all the 'fps pros' prefer 1ms for the 'advantage'.
