I'm putting the saving I made from this purchase towards a new Mercedes. Once I have done my weekly shop at Woolworth I can add another 32 cents from there discounts as well.

The same quantity of psyllum husk (fine grind) can be purchased at Coles for $8 i n the health food aisle and added to a smoothie or a glass of cordial.
I did this for a bit but it just clumps up or gets gluggy way too fast. Aldis version for $14 for 673g is my go to now,comes up only just a little more than the psyllium + cordial but a lot more enjoyable

Do you happen to know the name? Also thanks for that I didn’t even think about just getting plain ol psyllium as I don’t really mind the natural flavor but with cordial it would be fantastic (thanks Travelbug and MeesusEff :))

This is the Aldi one.
For the Coles natural, I usually use 2 spoons worth and you gotta skull it in like 10 seconds after it mixes with water if not it turns into cake batter consistency. Then theres lumps of dry powder as well, so unless you really really like the taste of it lol
Honestly I tried this and I could never get it to mix very well (Coles brand)
I'm not sure if this is actually the cheapest because I've recently purchased I think they're around 425 g tubs of Groupon and they end up costing me after $5 discount around $40 posted for 4 tubs
