      Yep

        hard pass

        • yeah, I was never too fussed with mechs, thought it was a silly thing. Even when I got it I didnt really think much.

But a month later, almost all of my old keyboards feel awful (except my logitech G213 which is tolerable).

          Funny how that is

"tactile and silent" says it all?

I don't need this although I want one but don't want to buy.

Tell me a reason why I should buy it? Please tell me

      RGB! :P

Good find OP, they're around $150 online

        • Dont get mixed up with the Mech ones.

This one isnt mechanical - the non-mechanical ones are over $100 but not much over that.

Also the RGB isnt per key afaik, its zoned.

Interest rate is so low. Better spend it than let it sitting in your account.

      • I did not notice until earlier this week. Interest rate is REALLY low.

Was it nice living under Uluru?

          • @ThatYodaGuy: Pretty much. I still remember a (long) while ago, savings interest was up like 5-6% but under 1% jus just ridiculous.
I guess it is good it you borrowing, but saving is not that good at all. sad actually.

If anyone is in a rush to get their items from amazon US, be warned that delivery time is very long. I order 2 items during prime day, one only got shipped 2 days ago (fasway couriers) and the other shipped yesterday (Australia post). Scheduled arrival day is nov 17 & 20. Thats well.over 1 month to deliver.

Amazon UK however, is quicker to ship, 6 items were shipped 2 days after purchase, and arrived in aus on the 20th, but australai post are taking their time to organise a delivery date (still showing as received n ready to process)…

    • I also bought stuff on prime day and still waiting… it's that time of year plus pandemic…I'm good😉

    • second this. got my prime day hard drives from amazon uk today. i didn't hear the ninja postie and almost tripped on the parcel walking out the door

please note that this isn't true mechanical, it's just rubber dome switches

  • The links say tactile and clicky keys, not silent

  • This isnt silent at all, its based on a Blue Switch from reading and you can hear it in this video - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EyHYEYq0ThQ&t=266s

    • The keyboard in the video is the Apex 5 Hybrid Mechanical Keyboard, not the Apex 3

  • My son has just got the Apex 5. He loves it, but it's very noisy! The Apex 3 might be quiet. The Apex 5 is not.

    • Apex 5 is mechanical though so wouldn't claim to be silent? I've got the Apex 7 and it's loud but I love it :D
