I had the same problem. You have to sign out of your Decathlon account before you add things to your cart, then apply the code when you checkout as a guest. Make sure you use a different email when doing the guest checkout because using the same email as your Decathlon account invalidates the voucher for some reason.
Sounds lucky I chose to go Click & Collect. Only issue I had was the ready notification didn't go out. But when I hadn't heard anything for 72 hours, I just jumped on the chat, gave my order number and they apologised and advised it was ready for collection. Got my $50 item that I was already going to buy for $30 - winning.
Tried to order, looks like they've disabled the $20 codes so can't use them anymore
