Smith & Noble Brushed Stainless Steel Kettle 2.5l $29.95 + Delivery @ Harris Scarfe

80

I was looking for a new stove top stainless steel kettle this morning and found this really good quality kettle at H&S for $29.95 reduced from $79.95. This one appears to be the better quality made compare to other S&N range. There are a few different styles on sale as well but I like this particular one the most.

  • 18/10?

    • The tag didn't state 18/10 steel besides "Quality stainless steel body". You normally can tell from the quality when you pick up the kettle. This one is weighty and the steel is thicker than the other styles.

      • Thanks a lot

    Polly put the kettle on

    Polly put the kettle on

Polly put the kettle on and let’s drink tea

  • Will this work on induction

    • Suitable for all stovetops including induction

      Yes.

  • Any reviews, one on the website said handle gets to hot and burns u despite the blue part

  • Gas vs electric.

    Which is better.

    • Induction is fastest, gas is better for Asian cooking with woks etc.. electric sucks

  • Why? Genuine question. Why not just use an electric kettle?

    • +1

Had a look at these in store, kind of big and awkward to fill, better of regular kettle

      • I guess I'm used to it since my current one is of the same design. This one is 2.5L which I suits me better and it is slightly larger (taller) than my current 2.3L kettle. Having use it for a week now, it's fantastic.

  • have not been a fan of most of the smith and noble stuff when I have been in Harris Scarfe in the past. Although, have not been there for about 8 months since it was illegal to shop in Melbourne for so long.

  • Do they price match in store?

    • That's the instore price. I didn't see the discounted tag but it's scanned at the reduced price. Fools a lot of people :)
