    They haven't passed the last two rate cuts onto me. I am still on 2.44% variable with this same product… Any ideas?

    • Request for a rate match.

      • I am going to be contacting them later this week. Would be interested (No pun intended) to see if anyone else has been able to get them to rate match with success.

          Nope. They were pretty abrupt when i asked. This is the response i got

          The rate you have now stands and there will be no further reduction on the discount from base rate.

          Anyway, I'm talking to a broker now to see what else they can offer. Ignore your customers at your peril

    • I signed up last month on the 2.17% deal, received this email from them today after I asked last week;

      "We are pleased to advise that the full 0.15% RBA interest rate cut will be passed on to your home loan. As you may know already, most of the bigger banks do not pass any rate cut to their variable products.

      Your new rate which is 2.02% will be effective from 21st December 2020. You will receive written communication on the rate reduction from the lender in the next week or two."

      Can't complain about that.
