    If you ain't after 2 in 1, S540 13" AMD 4800U is better deal i think.

      That’s correct, I was looking at S540 deal but ended up getting the flex caused there is no touch screen with S540.

      • If you have work for which you need touchscreen, its a better option. I have touchscreen currently that i rarely touch, was more after cpu thing.

    I picked up Flex 5 from earlier deal ( under $1000) two things which i didnt like , the screen is glossy / shinny and no usb c connection for monitors ( there is usb c provided but for charging and data transfer only - no video output).

      No thunderbolt shits me big time, but I can handle just plugging in an extra HDMI. Still an awesome machine for under a grand. I got it for $906 and don't think I could have gotten anything better for the price
