      Hey mate, i replied to one of your other comments on one of these PC deals with a question - i'm looking to spend sub 2k on the best value gaming PC - willing to learn to build and willing to wait if prices are to come down with the release of the Super versions. Would you have any pointers for PC builds you can recommend?

    Nebula PC were great for me.

    Good luck getting your gift card from ASUS though.

    After I waited a month after submitting my claim for the gift card and getting no response, I've been emailing 3 different support email addresses that were given to me, I've now been told to wait 5 days for a response from the rog_forums account - which isn't the correct email address for the promotion - coincidentally, that's the final day of the promotion period.

    They are also asking for a photo of the graphics card as well now, which has nothing to do with the promotion.

    I get the feeling that they're just trolling me because I asked what was up with my gift card.

      That's not good to hear… The graphics card has nothing to do with the ASUS motherboard promotion. We've sent the correct instructions as per their T&C's, super strange… If you still don't have any good news please email us and we'll try escalate.

        Hey, thanks for the reply.

        Nebula have done absolutely nothing wrong. Super happy with the computer I have, and the price was great. Postage took a little while, but that was expected.

        It's clearly explained in your communications that this promotion is ASUS' and all correspondence is to be with them.

        I just figured it wouldn't take a month for them to process my gift card, so I emailed the general support team, who gave me the rog_forum email address, who said to use the oppromotion email address, then general support said to contact rog_forum and wait 5 days for a response… Mind you - I have provided ASUS and their promotion email address and their general support email address with all of the information requested: The original invoice, screenshots of the purchase, photos of the Serial Number, as well as other numbers on stickers on the motherboard, then they asked me for a photo of the graphics card and to wait until the promo ends - the terms say absolutely no exceptions will be made for late entries - so I thought they were taking the p…

          I am still waiting for the gift card also. I bought elsewhere though. I just read the terms and conditions "Upon registering on the ASUS online form, the prize will be sent via email after the promotion has concluded
          within 10 weeks." We might get them by Christmas

            However going through multiple support emails, they sent me the wrong email once and asked for numbers on my graphics card, which has nothing to do with the promotion (it's the motherboard that supposedly offered a Steam Gift Card, not GPU) the actual promotion email (op@…) never actually responded to me.

            It has only been Asus general support who seem willing enough to help, at least that's what they say. Apparently they have "We’ve escalated your inquiry to our Promotions Team for further review." on October 1st - radio silence since… Does yours say "not processed yet" or "The registration submitted successfully."?
