      We use TNT are are currently in the process of adding shipping protection which should hopefully be live this arvo.

        • Closest i would say is world square parking, i usually find cheap online pre booking. $11 weekday hourly or 13$ for whole day in weekend.

    • Titan Tech is the online side of Virco. Virco is the brick and mortar store who look after building / distribution while Titan Tech is the online presence who takes care of marketing and sales / customer service.

      We use TNT which has actually delivered next day for us sometimes. Generally 2-3 days tho!

    Great part selection and prices. I also really like the pricing on the optional upgrades.

    Would like to see Kingston A2000 instead of the Crucial P1 though, P1 has some funky issues reported when the driver is more than %50 full and also TLC vs QLC in favour of the A2000. They are only a few dollars apart according to Staticice. Samsung is just too expensive for most…

      I believe every case except the standard DLX21 case comes with at least 2+ fans. Just google the case name and you will be able to see exactly how many pre installed fans come with each case.

      • It doesn't specify for ones like the gamaxx or phantek p400 if its the rgb version? Just trying to work this out before I purchase.

        • I just realised that there are different versions of P400A.. I have already put in order but hopefully they can clarify things a bit more.

      It's written in their link as below:

      "PLEASE NOTE: Microsoft Windows 10 Home Edition is pre-installed on all of our PC's for you to enter your own license key. If you do not have one, purchase one from us or make sure to only purchase a key from an authorised microsoft re-seller."

        • Ok so yeh Isaac rang me there is a extra charge if I wanted every single retail box, but I only requested to have the the motherboard box sent with me with a the cd, accessories, extras, so no extra for that ;)

                @vince088: I asked for it after I have paid. So the response was something like "need to charge $40 because those boxes end up bigger than the computer itself".
                I wonder though, because it says shipping charge is based on weight, rather than size…

                  @jus0212: We will be contacting all people who have requested retail boxes for shipping quotes tomorrow morning. All leaflets, screws, cables and stickers etc (and any other various paraphernalia) will be sent with the PC. However sending retail boxes means a much higher shipping cost for us which we will need to reflect onto your invoice if you are happy with the shipping quote.

                  If you have requested boxes, please expect a call tomorrow :)

    Anyone know if the B550 Aorus Elite V2 (i.e. standard spec here) will support 2x NVME SSD's and 16x PCIe 4.0? I know the Aorus master with 3 slots eats into the PCIe 4.0 lanes…

    Not too keen on spending an extra $130 for an X570 board without 2.5gbE + the RM850 PSU (great pricing on that upgrade by the way!)

          Would like some updates on shipping please.

        • 10th day, Mid week now and still have not received any news of the delivery/pick up.
          I assume to wait up to the 12 days.

  • Anyone heard anything about their systems?
    Placed order on 8th partly on basis of them having stock of items.
    I’m assuming they got a bunch of orders but no news from them as to when these might ship and not getting any reply from messages or live chat?

    • I was told mine will most likely be shipped out early next week. Pretty disappointed.

        I know this is not what you want to hear however both of you selected either the Phanteks Eclipse P400A or Fractal Design Define 7.

        These cases were custom upgrade requests from customers and as mentioned this will take a bit longer for us to get in as we had to specially order them in. Phanteks cases are exclusively sold by PC Case Gear so anyone who ordered this case is waiting on their shipping times, as well as our own turn around times.

        Time frames given were last last week or early this coming week and we are still on track to deliver. I would like to note that the average turn around time for a custom PC is anywhere from 2-14 business days in Australia. (Or more), so to be quite frank I don't think this is to unreasonable.

        However if this is not suitable for you, please contact me and I can process full and immediate refund for you!

          Thanks Isaac. Nothing on the website said the case was a custom order hence I was wondering what was happening. Your update now makes this clear and would've been good to have an email or message reply to say this. Happy to wait but please let me know if my case choice is going to cause too much delay and I can choose a different case. Regards, Ian

          • @Guinan: In future I will make sure to add a note on the custom options mentioning the added wait time.

            Rest assured we are doing everything we can to get the order out. I would say we will have all PC's shipping by this week latest.

              Yes it would have been a better experience if there's notes about it or getting an email in regards to minor delays. For myself who hasn't bought a new PC for the last 8 years, surely don't know how you guys operate in a store. While I saw you have the upgrade option there, I thought you have them in stock therefore offering it as option. Anyway, appreciate your effort to help and being available all the time. Great work!

    Anyone received their computer? 100% happy?

    Mine was said to get a case upgrade because it was out of stock. Which it didnt.

    Did not get my motherboard box as agreed on phone call.

    Did not get a power cable at all, had to go pinch one somewhere else

    Other then that it's ok i guess lol

      Well, I am worried now with the issues you have experienced…
      Have not received any email since I placed order. The only communication is me following it up actively.

      I am also worried now that you have mentioned this not getting what you pay for.

      I also have not received any reply since a week ago via email.

      The phone contacts are all left hanging and one number keeps hanging up the calls!

      This is definitely not a good buying experience.

    i asked if the standard parts is whats listed on a earlier post. You said yes

    so i should have gotten the Motherboard: Gigabyte B550 AORUS ELITE V2 ATX

    Instead i have the Gigabyte B550 AORUS ELITE (not V2)

    Which does not have USB C. my USB C port on the Case doesnt work. wtf?

    Thanks heaps for the computer, it's finally arrived after waiting nearly two months lol.

    I have some issues I'd like to raise with you, and which has left me a bit disappointed. Hopefully you can help resolve these for me.

    I had purchased a customised AMD prebuild with the Gigabyte GeForce RTX 3080 Gaming OC 10GB model, yet I received a Gigabtye GeForce RTX 3080 Eagle instead. You said in a forum post that customers will be receiving the Gigabyte GeForce RTX 3080 Gaming OC 10GB models, not the Eagle versions, you clarified this.

    Unfortunately the graphics card isn't even installed properly, and is hanging free of its PCIe slot but the back is still screwed in.

    Could you please advise what's happened with these issues?
    I've sent you the photos in a message, and please find my invoice attached.

    Unfortunately, I had also to chase you up regarding updates, in which I had to be proactive in following up the order with you, and with the above issues this situation hasn't been a good buying experience I'm sorry to say.

    Lastly, could you please advise if the Coolermaster TD500 mesh was something you had to order in, or was it something you already had in stock?

      Just got off the phone with Isaac, he's explained the situation, which was reasonable, and happy to process any price differences. Pretty good.

      Now, hopefully everything else runs smoothly :)

      Update; Problem(s) have been fixed, Card came loose during delivery, was swapped from gaming to eagle so we could deliver by the 15th of November (agreed date). Refund for card difference has been processed.

    • It will significantly increase the cost of postage so deffs be charged extra for it.
