I use this motherboard, very good in my experience. Also can be found in scorptec if you find they are better or closer.
Not the cheapest price ever though. I have seen this goes for $139 also.

For what it's worth I just grabbed this at Scorptec, same price $149 + delivery which is $3 or $4 more but they throw in a 1 year subscription of Kaspersky Total Security for 1 device
