Kinda depends which models you're talking about. For the BT 44mm version, I looked into the Watch 3 a bit the other day - this price was the cheapest I could see by $10-20, and other deals were often semi-targeted (e.g. education store). So I think it's a decent buy at this price (decided against it myself though).
Unsure about the Active 2 but I vaguely remember seeing (much?) better prices around, so less of a deal IMO.
Can also save 3% on gift cards via the ShopBack app.

Thanks but my problem is that I already directed the store clerk to that exact link and showed the picture on phone but he said "that's not enough, I need the email you received from jb hifi which will have a barcode. This is a targeted promotion and I can't help you if you don't have the email with the barcode"…. Hence my request.
I probably just got a shitty one-off clerk but worth noting if you trying to do this in store.

I mean if you're keen for it, don't let my pessimism stop you. It's just that as a first gen product it had some hiccups (there were major durability concerns when it first launched) and the design is a bit average and unrefined. The 2nd gen is vastly improved by all accounts and looks much much nicer (but yes, obviously vastly more expensive)
