Today, we're offering a $3 cashback bonus (strictly limited to one bonus per customer) when you spend $10 or more in a single transaction (including GST/excluding delivery and all other fees) at Amazon Australia. And yes for today only, all the usual categories are eligible for cashback!

FAQs

Can I use a gift card to pay?
Yes (provided you are buying eligible items). Amazon credit (eg. Promotional Credit) on the other hand will not make you eligible. Refer to Notes under the T&Cs here.

Can I buy multiple items in the one transaction to add up to the $10 minimum spend?
Yes.

Can I buy items from multiple sellers?
Yes if it’s within one transaction (same cart). Do ensure you empty your cart first, then only add everything to your cart after clicking through ShopBack.

Can I buy items from Amazon US/UK etc?
Yes if the transaction is completed via Amazon AU.

Can I pre-order?
Yes if the item is shipped within 60 days of purchase.

        It just racked as 0$? Even though I cancelled my original order and replaced another order without the subscribe and save. It tracked for both as 0$.

      S&S is almost always better than cashback unless you’re trying to take advantage or just the $3. 10% or even 15% on some items is going to be better than any sort of CB.

        You need to wait for the purchase to track, you'll get an email from Shopback once it's done. It can take anywhere from hours to a few days.

    My last shopback amazon bonus of $5 from Prime Day never worked and is now marked as expired in the app. Even though I have a pending Amazon cash back on the 13th (Prime Day)

      While the mechanic is of similar nature the operations with the bonus is a little different. As you have the cashback tracked already, all is good. You'll only see the bonus close to the end of next month. Bonuses from that offer will be credited to all qualifying accounts as Pending by 31st December 2020.

    My last purchase made with shopback through their app- I didn't get any cashback

    Customer service said nothing they could do, and suggested that for future purchases I use the app to ensure that my transaction goes through!

    If I started the challenge, followed the prompts and ordered something through the Amazon app as redirected from the ShopBack app BUT I later changed the payment method through the Amazon AU website, will my cashback still track?

    Order of course has not yet shipped.

    Or am I better off cancelling the order and reordering?
