I have to say that for such an expensive item, the website is lacking any effort in presenting it well. I think it's setting out to fail with the lack of detailed information or pictures/video.

Definitely, while it took us some time to figured out why was the code validated when pre scheduled on a future date. Order was still stacking up and coming in. We've decided to email everyone whom placed their G-dragon and massage gun with the "1111" promo code that we are refunding the variance they paid. Tough lesson but worth it to figure out where the loophole was in the website coding.
