    This or xiaomi 34" ?

    • +1

I'd like to know this too! I'm leaning towards the Dell only because of the more common ratio.

Just waiting for people saying you comparing apples to orange like happened to me when I wrote such comparison.

      • haha, people suck. I was hanging out for the Xiaomi and I have instead bought this.
Seems as though the performance is comparable, but with Dell having the edge & also in build quality from what I can see
I went with the dell since I figured 32 inch is large enough, and while I love my current 34 inch ultrawide for spreadsheets, it's much worse for casual youtube and facebook etc. I'm no high powered multitasker

Both do the job of a solid midrange high refresh VA panel, both are well reviewed

          Why not both?

          I've got a 16:9 and a 21:9 side by side :)

i agree with Leonrhw. I run this 32" dell with 24" on either side.

Ultrawide (xiaomi34") with laptop screen below. however idont have issue with casual use as it use it split screen a lot (with split mostly 1:2).

the curve on the 34" took me a while to get used to, whereas this dell monitor, lower radius, felt fine straight away.

as most others have already said, i think both solid options and comes down to if you want ultrawide or not. ultrawide is a different experience.. yet to do so, but looking forward to playing some games on it.

for me, the delivery of this monitor via ebay was 10d.

        • I'd love to see pics of your setup, sounds outstanding.

    • Do you want 16:9 or 21:9?

    • This or xiaomi 34??

Dunno, but I will upvote you for support!

  • Looks like a sweet deal on a very nice monitor. If I still needed one, I'd get one of these babies…

  • This is an awesome deal.

Very desirable features with the fully featured USB hub for amazing cable management and 165hz.

There is no monitor offering all these features at this price.

    • Still rather get an S2721DGF.

      • Can I please know why choose S2721DGF? Just curious. Thanks!

          Basically this part.

Adaptive-Sync Technology: AMD FreeSync Premium Pro - Nice
Panel Type: IPS - Yes please.
          Aspect Ratio: 16:9
          Native Resolution: 2560 x 1440 at 144 Hz - WIll go to 165hz
          Pixel Pitch: 0.2331 mm
          Brightness: 400 cd/m²
          Contrast Ratio: 1000:1
Response Time: 1 ms (grey-to-grey) - This. You want this.

  • The 4K version (60 Hz) is the same price: https://www.dell.com/en-au/shop/accessories/apd/210-AXHP

    • 55 day delivery time :(

  • 5 left @ 11:54 CST, delivery to Adelaide given as Monday 7 Dec 2020 - Wednesday 16 Dec 2020.

  • Anyone received their monitor yet? Wondering what the turn around time is from purchase to dispatch?

  • This came in overnight:

"Thank you for your recent order with Dell. We are working to ship your order as quickly as possible. The delivery date for your order to arrive has been updated to dec. 08, 2020."

    • I haven't gotten any notification about ETA. Purchased mine on the 20/11/2020.

      • I got a card for the parcel due for delivery on the 8th @ one minute to five last night letting me know that it could be collected today at a Post Office hub eight kilometers away. The monitor itself was an absolute doddle to set-up with a captice scree for the base-plate an a simple snap-in fitting for the arm. The bottom bezel isn't properly flush with the screen at the bottom which concerns me a little but it is un-noticable in use. Windows 10 was recommending 2560 x 1440 for a GTX 1050ti as per the native res, but defaulting to 60Hz. It happily ran @ 4K and advanced display setting [Windows] offers 144,120 and 60Hz down to 24Hz [why FFS!!!?] @3140 x 2860.

        I'm happy with it.

You may be pleased to know that they are being delivered by Startrak.
        I wasn't.

        • Thanks of the heads up.

Yeah Startrak have delivered all my other Dell stuff (laptops brought 4 days ago).

It's annoying that its such a long wait. Purchasing items through the Dell website has been quicker then the eBay one.

13 days now, still no word on stock or delivery.

  • Finally got a order confirmation from Dell…….order has now been delayed til 14th of December.

    • Good news, tho you'll probably be out when they try to deliver this Monday.

      Even if you aren't.

So a little info for those who ordered.

Mine got dispatched on the Monday and was delivered on the Tuesday. Unfortunately no one was home and no calling card was left behind.
TFM Express was the courier and the tracking site still stated it was "in transit".
Called TFM Express today and apparently it had been sitting in their warehouse since Tuesday awaiting for me to arrange a re-delivery.
Lucky I live only 20 minutes away from their depo soo opted to collect it.

TFM Express states they're next business day express delivery for all Metro and 2-3 days for regional.

Monitor has been epic. Been playing around with the settings etc.
So far I'm using Tomshardware guide settings.
    Response Time = Super Fast
    Smart HDR = Off

Monitor is coupled to a MSI 5700 XT Gaming X.

    The Division 2 @ 1440P ultra settings Lowest 58fps - Highest 142fps.
