Yeah it is pretty steep
Blizzard recently put the 30 day sub price up to $20AUD so it is a decent price for pick up.
I've been paying for my subs with in game gold though.I'm still seeing it at $16.50?

Works out worse only if you're buying one. Purchase two - $57.96 or $14.49 a month. Purchase three - $79.44 or $13.24 a month, etc - not to mention Dec 15 the monthly cost goes up to $19.95.
On the other hand, if you make around 150,000g in-game a month that you're willing to part with, you can always redeem it for 30 days of game time/battle.net balance instead and not have to pay a cent. Paid for the last two expansions and all my subbed time ever since they introduced it.
have anyone manage to check out with more then 1? i checked 3 stores and i can only check one 1 unit each from the stores. I dont actually know if there is really stock or not

Beware, this is for the old style that come in boxes, not the ones on the card rack. Just got screwed on that as they don't take returns on cards and they wouldn't refund the difference.

The difference is that the new ones don't come in boxes, these ones are with all the other gift cards etc. The sale is only for the old style that come in boxes. So they both work, its just that the new style isn't on sale and EB wont issue refunds on cards so I got stuck with one at full price cause I wasn't paying attention at the register :(
