A GTX 1650 is a significant downgrade compared to to the RTX 2060

    • Zeph without question. It was so good you couldn't find units for weeks on release.

Still gets hot by most reports, but a well reviewed unit.

But yeah get the higher GPU version

    • What? Layman explanation?

    • Watching through Jarrod Tech's videos on YouTube while Ryzen 4000 series does benchmark higher, does better in productivity applications and a more efficient chip with better battery life than Intel - they still don't do as well as Intel for gaming by a fair margin, which is important in a gaming notebook.

Can choose any video as he puts up comparisons between many notebooks in his notebook reviews.

Not trying to have a dig at Ryzen, just trying to help others make an informed choice that what's better on paper might not be better in games.

      • Does Jarrod have a review for this razer laptop? Im seeing so many not sure which one it is.

  • Very good price.

I only believe the thermal issues are the key issue -
But to be honest, I don't think there is a laptop on the market under $3,000 that doesn't have thermal problems with a 2070 or 2080.
