  • Been keeping an eye on these, wonder if it can get any lower…

Hey, I think we were friends on Myface. How have you been?

  • I know someone gonna laugh at me, but can someone explain why this is only marginally higher on CPU Passmark score than a 4600u for example? I know it's got better graphics and screen and all that

Essentially they are the same CPU.The 4600H(45w TDP) has a higher base clock than the 4600U (15w TDP). 4600U is binned for power efficiency. The higher TDP and base clock allows 4600H to get a higher Passmark score, though max boost clocks are the same.

  • Will definitely buy this if this was the 1660ti version.

I agree. 1650 is quite low on gaming laptops for Today's standard.

    • Also 4600H :(

  • I wish more companies would make this format.

An XPS 14 with a 2060 rtx would be sweet.

  • Are people buying this as a middle ground between an ultrabook and thicc boi gaming laptop?
I've historically had two devices, one huge 15" laptop that is ok at gaming for the era and one slim/portable little tablet/2-in-1 but it looks like this could kind of be an all in one.
Been hovering around the dell xps deals for ~1500 and I know this wouldnt quite be on par with screen/keyboard/build quality but damn this looks versatile and the port selection, yes sir
