There are also Note 9 GCam APK and no, the sensors on A52 is pretty cheap and even GCam won't turn it into Pixel like. The Note 9 sensor does have an advantage there.
For reference, the 12MP sensor on A52 is SMALLER than the 2017 12MP sensor that Google still spamming on Pixel line. It also lacks OIS.
Should just get Poco X3 NFC, not much more and a lot better.
You can get the Redmi note 9S with SD720 and 4GB ram for around the same price and the pro for a little more if you want NFC
