As long as i recieved my product I don't really mind what they do.

  • Received tracking details for my AirPods Pro and AirPods 2 from titan_gear

  • Received tracking AusPost is better than Couriers Please hands down.

  • +1

Titan Ger bundled my Airpods Pro and Airpods 2 into the same parcel with tracking.

    • Lol same, that’s better I guess

  • Got confirmation email today that Airpods have been posted , estimated delivery date is marked as tomorrow :)

  • -5

My AirPods just arrived. Look to be a Malaysian grey import.

    • Where did you expect them to be imported from?

Received mine today and it has the Regulatory Compliance Mark (RCM), shows the product is safe to supply to the Australian market.

It's same package if you buy from Apple Store.

      • +1

        Interesting. Thanks for that.

FWIW I had already assumed they were grey imports so it wasn’t a complaint - just an observation. Either way this is the first of these eBay/frenzy/catch limited deals I’ve been able to secure in 10+ years of trying so I am stoked!

  • Anyone got their XM4s yet?

  • I received my Airpods (Gen 2) today, but the Pros have not been shipped yet (just have a tracking number).

    • What was the packaging like?

      • Standard envelops you get with bubble wrap inner lining.

        • Did they come in their original box?

          • @jzayed: No they come separated… each AirPod wrapped individually…

            /s

            • @skido: Sarcasm aside have you ever had Airpods replaced by Apple? This is exactly how they come haha

          • @jzayed: Ofcourse. You need to validate the purchased date when you check the serial number on your product with an apple ID.

            • @Sheng: Great to know. Hopefully these are honoured by Apple for warranty if there are any malfunctions. My partner bought Airpods from Costco and had to return them 4 times before she got a pair that worked.

When she took them to Apple one year later, the purchase date was 6 months prior to the date on the receipt…

              • @jzayed:

When she took them to Apple one year later, the purchase date was 6 months prior to the date on the receipt…

Call AppleCare on 133622. Tell them and you should be able to upload proof of purchase and have the date amended. Not sure if you get at least 24 months on these like iPhones and Macs, but if the purchase is under two years, no harm trying. You wouldn’t want to do this later when Apple tells you you’re four months over and you’ve misplaced your invoice,

      • yeah bubble wrap envelope, the Airpods come in the factory sealed box with the standard plastic wrapping on the outside.

    • just an update, I got a further Auspost update on my Airpod Pros, expecting delivery tomorrow.

The airpods 2 were SEA stock

  • Anyone receive their CouriersPlease delivery yet? Waiting on my AirPods Pro from iot.hub. Tracking said 'Pickup Failed - Goods not ready' on 2 Dec 5:45 am in Adelaide, then picked up 3:31 pm in Sydney?! Then nothing since then. :(

    • I got my AirPods pro from AusPost just then now issue - Titan_gear was the seller.

    • likely lost it.

    • I haven't received any shipping information from iot.hub for the airpods pro, was it sent via email?

      • Yep, from ebay when they added the tracking number. Bought on 30 Nov, got shipping notification/tracking on 1 Dec.

        • Ok thanks, shocking that I haven’t receive any updates. Will send them a message.

  • lol got a late shipping voucher for the Nintendo switch which arrived in 2 days lol

  • From Titan Gear - Pros marked as delivered at a different suburb - UGGGGHHHHHHH!

Received my AirPods 2 today, brand new in shrink wrapped box. Malaysia stock with a Malaysian warranty thing inside the box.

Edit: Bought from titan_gear and postage was AusPost Express. The packaging was a small bubble wrap lined envelope.

      • Thanks! But I still think it’s kinda weird for an “Apple Malaysia Service Card (for Malaysian customers only)” to be in with the documents.

        • +1

apple probs decided to cut down on manufacturing cost for each region so included Asia and oceania together

          • +5

@skido: purchased from last $99 sale earlier in the year, no issue with it being made in Malaysia, registered with apple over the phone, will come with the usual 1 year warranty + 1 year consumer warranty

            • @RogueWolf: How did you register the airpods? (i didn't even get an invoice from titan_gear).
I also find it strange that it says for Malaysia. I wonder if i bought airpods in an apple store in sydney if it would still say that.

              • +4

@Anonaccount123: first I checked the serial number here service & support & it wasn't being recognized said "Purchase Date not Validated" even after I paired it with my phone, so called apple support on 1-300-321-456, they manually done it, they just asked for purchase date & date of activation, try the above link if it doesn't come up when you put the serial number in it will provide a link "Update Purchase Date" try that if that doesn't work just call apple support

                • @RogueWolf: So what does registering the AirPods actually do? I never did that with the first one I purchased earlier in the year?

                  • @OCD Completionist: same I never did it. and I heard that you can squeeze out a few extra months of warranty by registering later with the "update purchase date" function on their website

                    • @skido: Don't you have to provide proof of purchase later claiming warranty?

                      • @BinnyC: No, once it’s registered in apples system they never ask for receipt. You only need it if your update purchase date fails

                        • @skido: Okay i will also try to squeeze some time off them;)

                  • +1

@OCD Completionist: Just activates the warranty or registers it to your account, found it odd when it came up “ Purchase Date not Validated" so called Apple to see what’s up & they just done it on their end, worth doing just for peace of mind when it comes to any warranty issues

            • +1

@RogueWolf: excellent, ill do that soon

  • got my Pros yesterday. 3 days to Perth by express post. had a giggle when i saw the invoice….OZB Enterprises

    • Which seller?

  • I still haven't received my Airpods Pro purchased from iot hub last Nov. 30
    No tracking no updates

    • Maybe waiting for stock.

    • Same. Only thing that’s showing up on the tracking page is that it’s picked up in Sydney on November 30.

  • Sorry Guys, i might be completely incorrect here but Airpods (Gen 2) have wireless capability isnt it? If so i cant see a led light (which indicates charging wirelessly) in the front of the case. Is it just me ?

    • that’s because it’s not the wireless charging version lmao

      • ha ha ha … phew … i knew i was incorrect , thanks mate :)

    • These ones are not wireless. There is 2 versions of Airpods 2.

Got late deliveries voucher from eBay for the airpods even though they all arrived last week lol

    • How much are the vouchers worth?

    • Same here ..
      Lots of voucher
      5$4 and 10$2

      eBay plus 😁😁

    • How? lol

      • The system auto sends the voucher

  • Hey guys, I have got my airpods pro today in a bubble wrap bag from Aupost.
    Box sealed, like brand new.
But, I can't not using Spatial Audio as it suppose to.
I read someone in the net says it is fake airpods pro if not able to use Spatial Audio.
    Someone have the same experience?
Also check with apple warrenty, can't not vaild purchase date.
    Thank you.

    • hello,
      have you got it working?

      • The earphone is actually working, with nosie cancellation and tranpation sounds. Only not showing Spatial Audio.
But this is the main thing with the airpods pro. Only Apply got the chip for active Spatial Audio.
I don't know if the seller is selling a fake one on ebay, what can I do.
I already contact with the seller, and no respond yet.
Hope everyone got the airpods pro can check for Spatial Audio and reply.

        • +1

here try this On your phone go to settings-accessibility-audio/visual. Then turn off the slider for ‘Mono Audio’. and see if that works.

    • Spatial audio doesn’t work on certain apps afaik. If apples website shows a green tick then it’s genuine.

      • I can't post a picture of the setting of audio, it should be there once you connect with your airpods pro. But form this one, I can not see the setting of spatial audio.

        • In addition to a later version of iOS, you need to update the AirPods Pro’s firmware too.

        • you need to update your AirPods Pro (it does it automatically when its connected to the phone and placed in its charging box), and you need to update your iPhone software

  • +1

Finally got my Airpod Pros from Titan over here to Perth. I was a winner in the first auction on 27/11 so it's now two weeks later. Pretty annoying but at least they're here.

  • Anyone has an issue with purchase date to register "Service and Support Coverage" for AirPods Pro?

    • Just ring apple and send them the proof of purchase.

      • Thank you. They asked me to send a proper invoice so I'm waiting to get it from a seller.
(Can't accept payment confirmation email from ebay that I only have.)

        • Nope. Need tax invoice with the company logo, ABN and description of purchase. Price paid and GST

          • @spc12go: Thanks, I got it from the seller and sent it to Apple but nothing changes still now.

            • @BreadTwo: You don’t send it it. You need to call support and they will put you through something call product specialist. Which then will ask you to upload it via their document share. And will update while you are on the phone

              • @spc12go: Yeah. I think I talked to one of them and that time I didn't have an invoice then he sent me an email to reply to him with the invoice.
                I probably call tomorrow again.

                • @BreadTwo: Just registered two with no issue, but my first one I had to call up.

                  • @Sheng: I fixed it today as well but they only can put the date that I ordered not actually the date I got. Anyway it's only 4 days different.

  • Anyone still waiting for their AirPods Pro from iot.hub? Mine’s picked up in Sydney on November 30 according to Couriers Please and eBay but no update since.

    • Escalate the issue. My family got 3 AirPods delivered in a week (turns out my sister saw my frustration and managed to get herself a pair as well).

    • Still waiting for mine, it only got shipped December 8th and has been sitting in transit since then.
