Bought one, even though is it few years old by this point, l would still paid 50 bucks for B&O (might end up useless since l have way too many headphones). Also a quick note, it is not a part of the Club Catch Program so l did paid $8 for shipping, but for anyone interested, use Latitude Pay for $20 off $60 purchase (needs few more dollars to make up for the $60 total). Enjoy!!!

Both catch and that ebay listing are the same seller. Not a member of catch, shows $8 shipping for me. Bought the pink one from https://bit.ly/3fH8jNM instead.

Had a pair of this 3 years ago but left it in library, sadly no staff from lost & found called me ever since.

    • $70 vs $60 from Catch

  • Any thoughts on sound? Anything good or it's just mids and through the roof muddy bass as most are today sadly.

I purchased them on staff at JB years ago, ended up selling them at a massive loss sounded terrible and had next to no bass. Using Galaxy Buds + and they are miles ahead compared to these relics

  • Only bluetooth 4.2. how old are these exactly?

    • +1

4.5 years. First released in 2016 June

Ouch. Expect connection issues. 5.0 is vastly improved.

        • +6

Just fyi, Bluetooth had reliable connections before 5.0.

the fact it supports both apt-x (generally droid devices) and aac (apple) is much more important.

any good for Skype video conferences?

If these are still the same and haven't been updated from a couple years ago, I would avoid. Got them as a gift years ago and barely use them because the H5 earphones automatically reduce volume (to 50%) when the battery is low. You cannot increase it any higher until you charge them.
This makes it terrible if you intend to use these commuting, as you'll need to charge them every chance you get to avoid the volume issue. Definitely not great for long commutes.

If just using these at home then they are ok, but battery life still isn't great.

  • These can be had for $54.95 including shipping on ebay at the moment :)
