Great company who will always deliver on gift cards once they know you will go to Fair Trading if they don’t.
Would trust them even less on a cash back program, could imagine what you would have to go through with them on tracking, etc. ShopBack absolute angels compared to this mob.What is the far trading route for gift cards? I just had the orders cancelled recently after raising a dispute with PayPal. Other times they have issued egift cards after 10 or so follow ups…
Just tell them you are going to Fair Trading. Be prepared to do it. They will immediately deliver the gift card. I have done it all 6 times so far and got immediate deliveries of gift cards. No need for 10 requests.
Ok that is a better outcome as I think they make money off holding the cash and then refunding later. Do you do that immediately after its due to be delivered or before?
@paultiffen: No point ordering gift cards to only get a refund later. Make sure it is a week or two after it should have been delivered to send them a request for the overdue delivery.

Good guys needs to offer up some sort of backing and efficiency to all this, it’s not good enough for them or third parties they are associated with holding $ for gift cards for months.

ordered in july never got gift cards with many excuses finally told them i would take action if no pay gift cards instead or refund within a couple days then got paypal email saying refund is on the way yesterday but it still hasnt arrived. buyer beware not worth the stress and risk. my couple thousands of $ would have been better off in my savings account earning me interest not their account.
