  Currently use the non Wi-Fi for my brewing. Great product. Would love the Wi-Fi model but will probably wait until the current one fails…which looks unlikely.

    I've owned one, too, for about 3 years, and it's brilliant. The single best improvement to my brewing technique I've ever done. Sadly, it's still in storage after I moved interstate, I'm trying to be patient and not buy all new equipment while I wait. :-/

    I also purchased the 12-inch stainless steel probe about a year afterwards so I could insert it directly into the wort, that gives me even more precise control over the temperature of the brew.
