Nice - a few a bit cheaper there. I'll add it to the post.

      • If you don’t have ebay plus. You can sign up for a $50 voucher and use that voucher to get it for $192

A 17% discount is not much of a bargain. Maybe ozbargain will have to be renamed ozatinybitless?

  • I need data to upload files while on the road during the day. I can just get this and put it in a dongle right? Or does it have to be in a phone?

    • $15 with Telstra gets you the $25/20GB/mth and peace of mind data at 1.5Mbps

      • Thanks. That is a better deal. I’m already with Telstra too.

      • Can you tell me what Telstra plan is this? I only see a pre-paid plan for $15 for 25Gb intro offer with future recharges at $30/month.

  • Anyone ported from Telstra sim only to this boost deal?

  • Just waiting for 150$ deal

  • What other plans that are on the Telstra network but aren't Boost are out there these days?

Are Boost on the retail Telstra network as well over the likes of Aldi that are on the wholesale network (I think).

    Cheers

    • Boost = Telstra retail excluding 5G

Holy moly the customer service is bad with these guys. My wife ported over but she doesn’t receive any SMSs. We’ve literally spent around 16 hours on the chat with these guys trying to fix it. They ask absolute basic questions which make no sense given the information we already provided, like they’re reading from a script.

We’ve switched the sim to another phone and screwed around with settings heaps. Tried everything but it seems they didn’t do the redirection properly. We’ve told them this over and over and my wife wants to go with someone else, but we’ve committed $240 already on the sim. You get passed from one person to the next over and over on the chat.

My phone ported ok but seems like she got unlucky and now us in customer service hell.

Might ring up the ombudsman soon. Dunno what else to do.

      Yep, lodge TIO complaint.

    • Amazingly she started getting SMSs today. Wasn’t even on the support chat with them today, we were away for the weekend.

She ported over two weeks ago.

  • Hey, if I buy this, is there an expiry date? For example do I have to use it before 1st of February or is there a different date? Current Kogan plan ends 24th of Feb and wanting to swap over, but okay to swap at the end of January.
