Saw this deal when comparing Umart's pricing on the Apple AirPods Pro.
Catch have it priced at $317, seems to be Australian stock too as comes with manufacturer warranty

Seems like Catch now also do pickup at Target stores for half the price of standard shipping $4.97 (seems like a limited time offer). Free for Club Catch members.

For those who have issues price matching with Catch, Umart have it for $325

I have had no issues price matching with Umart at Officeworks on previous occasions.

Not the cheapest in both cases, but more obtainable for the majority of people :)

    Also true for the price matching Umart in the states without physical Umart stores.

    BTW, Airpods Pro are rather a disappointment for me. Can't tap (need to pinch), can't control the volume. Does anyone actually use that poor noice cancelling? If yes, in what environments?

      I have used both Bose and Airpods pro and I wouldn't say it's poor.

      I tried over-ear Bose once or twice and remember not hearing the humming noise, nor the voices of people standing just around me.

      I got Airpods Pro and can barely tell the difference with NC on and off, apart from when it's quiet around, I hear an annoying low buzz (I assume it's the NC trying it's best). I know Airpods Pro are different to over-ear headphones, but still.

      What am I doing wrong? I can't be bothered making half a day trip to Apple Store.

          Yeah, it is NC, not Transparency. It reduces the wind sounds from the outside etc. but the voices around me are as clear as without Airpods. And that varying buzz is just hard to stand.

          I may need to do that long trip to Apple Store to get the value for my $249. Thanks.

          edit: Damn, some people are really annoyed at me paying $$$ and not liking the Airpods Pro. All the -1s…

            That is definitely not my experience - ANC tunes out everything. Absolutely amazing when you were on a crowded and noisy train during work commutes (pre-COVID era).

      As to the price match at OW, I've had and heard others being able to price match with no shipping, so I think it just depends on who you get.

      But you do make a valid point - so updated price for Catch price (included standard shipping) and 5% price beat (also for those states without a Umart), ~$310

      Can't comment on the Pro's, but I use my AirPods on a daily over my QC35's.

        They definitely are not. I have bought from Catch and the model number matches with whats on local stores like good guys and Jb HiFi.

      Fits me perfectly never have had issues with them falling, they very light and comfortable and I’m quite picky with earphones I can’t use the airpods 1/2 for more than 30min they didn’t fall over but felt less secure.
