      when i asked them, they said they will give the number of carrier to organise delivery but some cost included. So price of TV is without delivery.

      Well in High demand due to feature of Full Array. One of the best selling 75" TV. Everyone was looking for this during BF sale but it wasn't on special. So now a good Opportunity.

    There is a blur bug on this TV. Sony released a new firmware but it's still there. (Confirmed by Rtings reviewers)

    Just thought i'd mention it incase someone is seriously considering buying this TV. Might pay to read this first and weigh up if you think it'll bother you. I was close to pulling the trigger on the 65" version. Decided to wait until next year's models.

    just bought a new TV few weeks ago during click frenzy, I am absolutely no expert but here are my notes:
    1. add delivery fee on top of the total price, $40 to $60;
    2. avoid shops which use Toll/courier to deliver instead of own delivery truck (otherwise, expect to wait all day);
    3. appliance online delivers free and removes free; good if same price;
    4. avoid shops which have bad return policy, e.g. BL, HN, which means you are on your own as soon as you pay. If the TV is faulty, they try to send you to the manufacturer for warranty.
    5. Sony 9500H is a JUMP when side by side with the 8000. The 55 inch was on special $15xx everywhere at the time which was a bargain.
    Wife preferred BIG, so went and got a Samsung.
    6. LG is good TV too with reliable screen, but the frame is a bit big to my like.
    Unfortunately, Slim, frameless = sleek to most people.
    Thank you to the young techno guy in JB HBy, The dude in BL doesn’t want to know me after I paid.

      9500 is indeed a big jump from the 8000 for sure but this TV is the 9000 which full array backlight. The 9500 has more zones so would be better still but not sure how much better. I almost got the 75" 9500 (shame they didn't bring the 85" to Australia) but I will wait for the OLEDs and Boxing Day.

      • Yeah. Not sure why they are comparing the 8000.

        • cause the price range of 8000 is similar to other QLED (of same size TV). Up sell to the 9500.

  • Hi All, I am looking for an 85 inch TV under 3500. My current favourite is "Sony X8000H" or "Hisense 85S8". The room I am looking for it is a bright room with a lot of natural light coming thru. I am keen on Sony but Hisense's 3-year warranty is something really good (considering you are spending so much money).. what would be your suggestion with in my budget? Thank you in advance.
