And now… What can we get for $10? haha

    • Toilet rolls?

      • +1

FYI, toilet paper is under Health, Household & Personal Care which is listed as 0% on Amazon

  • +2

I missed out… wife got it on her account though.

    • Wife got $5 for $5 instead.

      • +3

        Better than $0.

        • Infinitely better.

  • I got it and activated :)

    • +9

Thanks. I eagerly await your next update.

      • +2

Get off your high horse Putin …. and put a shirt on!

  • +11

The lack of eBay on CR is…disappointing. Makes a $10 spend much harder for me.

edit: Does anyone know if buying a Choice Gift Card will be eligible for this offer?

    • Pretty sure that’s over now

      • +1

I still see 5% off those cards

    • +2

      Try aliexpress

    • Yeah, no ebay makes it so much harder

    • Used mine at aliexpress instead.

      • +1

        They're the worst tracking wise.

    • Why eBay is still on SB? Did CR break up the relationship with eBay?

    • +1

also most amazon categories we want are 0%

  • Can we buy GC and eligible with the offer ?

    • Why not? Buying gift cards is eligible for cashback.

  • +1

    Hmm mine is only $5

  • Is toilet paper eligible purchase ?

    • +1

      Only quilton

  • +1

When i click from the link in the post, i can activate this offer. But i haven't got any emails.
Does it mean I'm eligible for this offer?

    • +1

      Same here

Edit: now when I click on the link, it says not eligible.

    • If you can activate the offer, then yes, you are eligible.

  • +6

"Sorry, you're not eligible for this offer."

    • Because you didn't receive this email

  • No dice.

  • +5

Yay, I'm not targeted to avoid any disappointment if cashback is not tracked

    • +1

True. I always activated my bonus and made like 3 purchases, none of them are tracked, waste of time and money

    • -8

Exactly. Wife's got $35 of these missed because purchases were not tracked - on 3 separate occasions. Claims do not help, she does not even get email confirmations of claims being made. So, you don't only have to be lucky to be targeted, you need to be lucky to have the purchases tracked as well.

      • +2

No amount of negative votes cannot hide the sorry truth about these promos. I've got all invoices from purchases in question, yet they do nothing even when a claim is sent. Shady to say the least.

      • This https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/591897#comment-9836877 explains it all. All 3 purchases were from Aliexpress from "non affiliated" sellers. Nevertheless, there is no mention of selective Aliexpress products being eligible for cashback in Cashrewards T&Cs.

        • TA has been in touch in the meantime and we are trying to resolve the problem.

  • Oh wow, actually eligible for once

  • +2

Too bad ebay is now 0% cashback

    • We're sorry.
We don't have this store on Cashrewards right now, but you could see it come to life one day.

  • Not eligible. Which group of people are being targetted?

    • Apparently "loyal members"

      • Mate… I'm loyal too :( Have saved $100+ alrdy from cashrewards

      • I'm loyal-ish, my wife is not (signed up ages ago, only recently used). I don't get it, she does.

        • Its an "interesting" way of marketing - alienating the people who use your scheme. I've been doing very well out of Shopback bonuses lately, so I guess they get my business.

          • @willaston: It's a pretty standard way of marketing, to try to get the occasional users (or non-users) to use it more (or at all).

Aside from a highly engaged OzBargarin community, most people not targeted will not know the deal exists, and so will not feel that they're missing out.

            • @ely: yes, understand that, but it's particularly grating to those who do know when the offer wording specifically says its for "loyal members"

              • @willaston: Yes, the word choice is odd, and annoying for those of us that are aware we've been passed over.

      • I would say those that are disloyal, i.e. using ShopBack instead of Cashrewards.

  • Finally I am targeted this time. Thanks TA

    • +3

      TA? Poor Kden

      • +2

        Oops. Sorry Kden :)

  • First time get qualified for a targeted offer from CashRewards wow.. Must have done something right this year

    • +2

Not eligible… Must have done something wrong this year

  • Missed out :(

  • I also got this but last time there was a tracking issue.
    Hopefully not this time …

  • got $20 😁

    • Did you get it tracked in your account yet I'm still waiting on mine?

      • takes days to appear

  • Yet again, I'm not targetted. "A festive thank you to our loyal members". Guess Cashrewards doesn't consider me a "loyal member". "Loyalty" is two way ;-)

  • +1

Oh thanks! I didn't get the email but tried OP's link, then the offer was activated!

  • If I checked out 2 items all together from 2 different stores in Aliexpress (>10$ total), will it still count as a single transaction and eligible for the cashback?

    • Yes, but it might not track both. Happened several times with CR.

      • Been having issues recently too

      • Some items do not yield cashback. SB lists the details of it.

  • +3

Last time they offered this at signup i did everything as instructed and got rejected, what a fraud.

  • Thanks OP, finally targeted and got a $50 Uber Eats gift card for $39.50 after cashback 👍🏾

  • Got targeted!

  • My partner has over $3500 worth of cashback and didn't get it. I've got about $45 worth and got the $10 one. I think its somewhat random or uses some clever analytical software to determine who gets it.

    Option 1:
$1 profit for Vodafone $40 starter pack.

    Pay $12 upfront, cashback $3 + $10.

Stay on it for 60 days

    Option 2 (better):
$3.5 profit for Boost $30 starter pack.

    Pay $10 upfront, cashback $3.5 + $10.

    Activate it in 30 days

    • Thanks for this, received this offer and decided to go with the Boost $30 starter

      • Just ported a number to Boost for the very 1st time on the $30 plan (2*20GB data plus some int'l calls) bought in a similar cashback deal from Black Friday. Very smooth within 5 mins.

I can safely buy one more now. Last time free Lycamobile SIM(also on Telstra) did not work for me for porting number so that I wont get it any more.

    • Option 3(best?):
$5 profit for Telstra $30 starter pack

      Pay $15 upfront, cashback $10 + $10

25GB for 28 days, 15GB less than the Boost same value one.

On Amazon: Pantry Food & Drinks has 4% cashback.
    https://www.cashrewards.com.au/amazon-australia#coupons

So look here if stuck for ideas!

    • But do not get subscribe & save.

  • anyone know why i cant buy egifts cards on the cashrewards mobile app? cant seem to search for it in app.

however its available only via chrome browser, desktop and mobile?

  • Any suggested gift cards to buy with this?

  • Can we do Subscribe and save on Amazon under Pantry Foods & Drinks category?

    • +1

Cashback is ineligible on purchase of vouchers, gift cards, kindle unlimited, audible, mobile apps, subscribe & save items, prime subscriptions, and all categories/products listed at 0% cashback.

      • +1

        Oh Thanks

  • no dice for $5, $10 and $20…wtf!

  • I have the deal and have no idea what to buy. Even all the gift cards aren't great

  • Got email for 1 account and no emails for 2nd account, checked junk/spam nothing threre, still tried through first email, it worked for 2nd account. Previous time it was not working, but this time worked using another account’s link. I think my invitation email either lost somewhere or its not targeted. Anyway happy for extra 10 bucks.

  • Here’s a question for you cash back experts: since Target earns cashback, can I stack this with a newsletter subscribe $10?

    • +2

Cashrewards only allows coupons that are shown on their site.

      • I thought so - just wondered if anybody had tried and succeeded. Thanks!

        • SB approved my Target purchase using $15 coupon this time last year. I think CR'll approve it most likely.

  • Nice got it on mine and wife's accounts.

  • Yeah! Finally. iHerb order done. Thanks CR!

  • +1

Why don't I ever get targeted for these nice deals???

  • +1

Wow I got $20 and I haven't even purchased anything on cash rewards yet! I think it might be targeting people who spend less or nothing but have accounts. Based on what people are saying the more you have spent the less you get? It would make sense that they wouldn't need to give big bonuses to people already spending lots of money with them.

  • Made a purchase 3 hrs ago but still no tracking email.

    • It can take days for a tracking email and it should say the maximum time frame on the cash rewards page for the store.

  • Thanks.
