    I'm using the Mastercard exchange rate as opposed to PayPal's which is inflated. Do you have card without currency conversion fees linked in PayPal? If so during payment you can change it to pay in USD instead of AUD.

      Yes, I did have a card without currency conversion fees linked in PayPal but once I select PayPal, it doesn't change back to USD.

      I placed that order, but can't cancel because I can only use the code once "Sorry, the coupon code cannot be used over 1 times."
