      It takes 300,000 - 400,000 saffron flowers to make 1kg of saffron threads. it is a very labour intensive process.

          We are sold out and having supply chain issue with India posting. It is mostly the preference. Kashmiri tends to have more yellow colour and Iranian saffron is a more robust and have all three elements of saffron: aroma, texture and colour.
