IMO a 3080 at $1140-1250 is a much better value. Its just that its not really possible to get it at that price unless you're willing to wait.

BPC Tech had stock yesterday at the same cost, but by the time I ordered I missed that group. They've since told me they're getting a shipment 2nd week of January (that I'll get stock from). Great cards. I got a Gigabyte 3 fan one from Umart for the current RRP and don't regret it at all. The Performance in MSFS is amazing and I'm sure in other games too. Sick of waiting just buy one if you want one. I'm sure you've saved money in other ways at other times so it all balances out.
