I got mine years ago. The build quality, the app, the integration with other apps and digital display are few reasons why I would go with this still and not the alternatives (like the one you linked). This one also works perfectly on the carpet.

Has served me well - The body composition calculation closely matches both the skinfold test and dexa scan I had done throughout the yearI have a Withings watch, so I already used the healthmate app; it's handy for the scale's data to automatically be uploaded via wifi so it's always there when I open the app
Got this one when it was launched years ago, it had PWV and eventually got disabled. They have re-enabled it for EU but not AU which is annoying.
Other than that, it’s a great scale and hopefully they will re-enable PWV for AU eventually.
