        • LOL i had the same email, it was tracking for the JBL earbuds, they had dispatched them and had them RTS with startrack. The Telstra order number for my cancelled JBL order was the reference on star track website.

    Im reading that people have got cancellation emails. I haven't. So I find it odd

    • All orders except already delivered, better assumed as cancelled. My status same as you, already two weeks time past, I contact Telstra CS. They told me my order cancelled 1/01/2021. Just Telstra has shit IT system, they dropped some of customer details and just failed to deliver cancellation e-mails. What a shame.

  • I find it funny how they state we can rebuy the product (JBL Ear Buds now the Samsung) yet weeks later it’s still not back on the store :p

  • Is this phone that was delivered network unlocked? Some people tell me it’s locked to Telstra only.

    Spoke with complaints last night after my refund and points were credited back and just maintained the stance that they took our money rightly knowing they would never fulfil the order. The complaints manager tried to move me onto someone I else, I just told her we are dealing with it now and after a bit of back and forth she agreed to fulfil my order, however the note 20 still wasn't on the rewards store so she got me to pick another phone at equal or lesser value. I picked the iPhone 12 and she just got me to order at the correct value of 5000 points and $1340 credited to my account the difference so I only had to pay $99 forgot the deal was $89 and 5000 points.

    Will post a photo of my new phone once it arrives

      • You need to launch a complaint via the complaint portal on there website and then select contact by phone. You will not get anywhere if you go with live chat

        • i just lodged a complaint, so many links and new windows in order to actually get to the form

  • Hi Guys did everyone received there refund? I received cancellation on friday 8/01 points 18/01 and spoke to telstra they said refund is processed but still hasnt been received

        Still not and its been 11 business day there chat is useless the largest telco company of australia and customer service is poor then dodo

  • Received points quite a few days before the $ component, received $ component on Tuesday 19th.
