I'm all for supporting local industry but email ordering is unacceptable.

  • Special online order price of $18/box of 50pcs level 1 mask

    • a box of the level face masks is RRP $34 and our promotional price is $19/box

    Um…?

  • Yeah, is it $18 or $19?
So you want peeps to buy 4 boxes to get free postage?

I think they are a lot cheaper at Kmart?

  • Hey All, Again I am a newbie here. Thanks for your feedback. If you want a quality mask have a look, noting that are not a retail company nor online sales company. I know they are trying to keep costs and the selling price down but they employ local Aussies and usually assist with the healthcare industry with their products ( certified TGA level). I know they are not the cheapest when you compare it with cheaper overseas imports (not TGA registered) but we are talking about our health so I thought worth sharing as they opened up their doors to help prevent this virus spreading.

    • certified TGA level

Since when are TGA certifying masks ?

      • I am not in that industry but I believe you have to be registered with the TGA and thus certified in the testing of products process as they are no longer accepting willy nilly applications - if you cannot meet the testing requirements for the level 1 and level 2 you cannot state this on your product. I must admit it was a bit over my head so I went with the cheaper version using level 1 as I am not a medico and I didn't want to get a cheaper non- TGA recognised brand. I heard this from the owner as there are a lot of non-compliant goods floating around at very cheap prices which is why I contacted them in the first place.

        • I believe you have to be registered with the TGA

          You specifically said

          certified TGA level

I don't think legally you can make that claim unless it is true

          • @jv: Registered and certified are the same in this process as mentioned above cause in order to be registered you have to be pass their certification and testing requirements or may be I should just use TGA approved? Thanks but I am here only to share and get some promotions…

I am not an employee nor owner just a friend of the owner.

Somehow I find that very hard to believe from OP's responses.

  • Just trying to help another Aussie out - def not my company and I am not employed there. The owner is a friend that's why I disclosed 'associated' upfront since she sold me some face masks when I asked about it
