Aldi's stuff is superior to this.

    • Is it really? I've never given it a go

      • Yep I agree. The Aldi Tandil Super Strength - only $1.59.

        • Yeah it's great and much cheaper. Apparently morning fresh ultra is better but this deal is not the ultra and that's probably very expensive.

I get 3 at a time and that's about 6 months for me.

Sorry to be that guy but the 900ml/1.25L are cheaper on amazon at 39c/100ml. Appears to be lemon only.

Choice magazine, dishwashing liquid test May 2020, winner with 81% was "Morning Fresh Ultra Concentrate Ultimate Dishwashing Liquid". Second place at 72% was "Aldi Tandil Ultra Power Soak N' Clean". Third place of 41 liquid tested was only 49% and not worth mentioning! BTW ALDI had 7 products tested, Morning Fresh had 4 products tested, many with very similar names but tested poorly. Make sure you but the exact same named product, with Morning Fresh I think the important word is"Ultra", with ALDI Tandil I think it is "Soak N' Clean"!!

    • I could be wrong but I don't think Aldi stock and sell the "Aldi Tandil Ultra Power Soak N' Clean" anymore. At least I've never seen it. I buy the regular Aldi Tandil variety which isn't as great but I still find it better than regular Morning Fresh (and way cheaper).

Happy to be wrong, has anyone bought "Aldi Tandil Ultra Power Soak N' Clean" recently?

      • Yes they still sell ALDI Tandil I think it is "Soak N' Clean. The reason I know is because I saw one of those "Which cleaners are the best for house, the answers may surprise you" while watching one of those 6.30pm Current Affairs programs. The segment was based on a Choice Magazine article. As I subscribe to Choice I thought I'd check the article out. With all the data written down on a scrap piece of paper I went to the supermarkets and bought, surface cleaners, window cleaners, dishwashing tablets, washing machine liquid and yes as you may guess I also bought ALDI Tandil I think it is "Soak N' Clean. BTW here's a photo of the exact bottles to buy as it is very confusing. Products with almost identical names. For example the almost identically named "Morning Fresh Ultra Concentrate Fast Dry Advanced Dishwashing Liquid" rated only 37%. Or ALDI's "Aldi Tandil Ultra Tough On Grease" rated only 34% according to Choice Magazine!

        • Interesting. "Aldi Tandil Ultra Tough On Grease" is what I use currently. I'll go have a look for the "Soak N' Clean" next time. I've been very happy with the one I have, but I'll give this new one a go if I can find it.
