I also got BPLUS/APLUS notification yesterday for $10 off but like others it didn't work for me either.
However, today I just checked eBay plus items again in the evening and got customised code starting with BPLUSXXXXXXX under eBayPlus items and was able to apply it at the checkout.
May be its targeted too but not sure.
The screen is now showing "Check my eBay for code"

Ok, just had a chat to eBay, they say they are working on reinstating the code, They have acknowledged it shouldn't have expired so quickly.

They just told me it's being fixed for all code recipients . Allow 2-3 days.

So dodgy from Ebay, I saw my $10 voucher yesterday and said code expired 31/01/2021, logon today to buy something, somehow out of thin air the $10 code is gone, they better fix it soon.
Dodgy practice from eBay. So sick of their shit. My item is already going to take long to get here as it is, let alone with another 2 to 3 days to wait for shitBay to reinstate this code.

I asked roughly how long and they said "I am forwarding it to the authorities and very soon it will appear again. Sincerely regret the inconvenience." So who knows.
This time last year I still preferred ebay over Amazon but now I found I've done a complete 180. I find ebay plus compeletely useless and ebay in general just needs to get their $#it together.
Check again, it should be back now.
