  • Has anyone with these also tried the Samsung Galaxy Buds Plus - I'm interested in whichone people think has a better sound

    • +4

I have a pair of 75t and my partner has buds +, I prefer the 75t. The sound (esp the bass) is punchier, but the buds+ has a little better sound stage, just sounds flat when you compare them one after the other. It really comes down to preferred music profile. Heaps of reviews on YouTube comparing them in detail

  • Do officeworks allow price match on US imported items sold on Amazon AU?

    • Last thread was here. Some were getting them matched, some weren't it seems so may be luck of the draw.

    • I had a pair price matched at Richmond Officeworks

      • Can you post the receipt please incase I have trouble?

    • +2

      Why not price beat?

  • This or 85t?

    • The 85t's are $70 more. Probably worth it at that price (no brainer if you were paying close to full price on the 75t's) but for sub $200, these are great value.

    • 85Ts were a minor upgrade. ANC was launched with 85Ts but then activated for the 75Ts at the same time. The 85Ts are more of an Apple S-model upgrade really

  • This or sonys wf100xm3?

    • Sony have better ANC, Jabra look better IMO.
      Good comparison on Rtings

    • Sony has no ip rating.
      Jabra has an IP55.
Another consideration. Depending on ur usage

    • If you intend to use them for phone calls, the Sony at rubbish

  • Anyone got any recommendations for replacement ear tips for these? I have the 65t but they come out easily regardless of the tips included.

    • +1

I picked up the comply tips on eBay for $25.

They fit better but I find they still do not stay in 100% during a run. I need to wear a head band to keep them set which works.

Left is worse at popping out for me. Common issue. Check on Reddit for more….otherwise good sounding headphone.

  • Bought these from a previous deal and they worked great for about 4 months. Then the charging case stopped charging one if the earbuds. Googling it the issue seems to be relatively common, and the new 85ts now miraculously have a wireless connection in the case (pins in the case lost position/contact with the buds)

Just one data point, they were great when they worked.

    • Did you get them repaired/replaced under warranty?

      • Under up getting a refund, got some bose soundsports for xmas which i like

  • Anyone used with a Garmin watch? Specifically, wearing the watch on their left wrist?

    • Yes, nil connection issues

  • Is the microphone any good

  • Where are these made?

  • +2

I'm currently using the predecessor model 65t, cannot fault it - versatile and slim, fits like a glove.

Can't imagine the 75t would be a step down for any reason, $188 is a good price.

  • +1

If anyone was able to get a price match/beat at Officeworks, do you mind uploading the receipt.

    • I was just goping to ask for teh same thing.

  • +1

75t are the best earphones I've ever had

  • I had a moment of panic as i remembered i had purchased multiple elite actives at around $270 each, but remembered that i got the elite actives and all is well again. For what ever reason I could never bring myself to buying wireless ear buds that arent waterproof

    • It's IP55 vs IP57. These are fine for being sweat proof and can still cop a splash from the shower.
I got the Actives for the wife as she may swim with them. I don't swim laps so no need for them to be that waterproof.

  • This vs AirPods?

    • If you have an iPhone get AirPods. If you use Android get these.

      • Honestly, even if I had an iphone I'd still pick these. You get ANC, a proper seal in your ear so better passive isolation and sound quality especially in the low end, and IMO they look better as well without the stems hanging down.

iPhone connectivity is better on airpods though.

  • How does warranty work when buying from Amazon US via AU?

    • Deal with Jabra direct

  • This or Galaxy Buds Pro?

  • +1

Picked a pair up from the deal last month. They are way smaller than the sennheiser momentums and imo are overall more user-friendly. They sound decent but the ANR (via firmware update) isn't very good and I can barely tell the difference between having it on or off.
That being said the fit is perfect and the buds already do a great job at passive noise reduction anyways. Definitely worth it at this price.

  • Might be expired, showing $217

    • Yep, looks like the Titanium Elite's are higher in price.
The Elite Actives in Sienna are available for $191.51 now….looks like long lead/delivery time though.

      Have updated the deal.

      • That's showing $240 for me atm

        • Looks like the party is over

  • I choose Jabra over other brands for these reasons:
    - ability to pair to 2 bluetooth devices (ie, 2 phones and switch between simultaneous)
    - above average microphone/ call quality
