  • Can 2 of these be used at each end of a long corridor with downlights ?
Or can I have one of these on one end and a standard switch on the other ?

Doesn't look like this one can be installed with the light switch operational from 2 locations. For that it need 3 wires in but this has only capability for 2 wires.

FYI this must be installed by registered Electrician.

  • We had a dimmer installed for one of the kid's rooms, it can be a bit hit and miss depending on a lot of things at the house. A common issue is the reliability of the lighting at all dimming levels. At some levels we get a bit of flickering from time to time and the electrician didn't think there was much he could do about it without spending quite a sum!

    • Was it the same one in the OP?

      • Yes, want to know if it's also Lumex.

I also get random flickering on led downlights.

No, it wasn't this particular one.

But the hubby mentioned that he was told it was a common thing no really dependent on the brand or make of the dimmer. We even had the matching brand between the light and the dimmer set up and still had a minor issue. It wasn't a biggie but just enough sometimes to be a minor niggle as when it flickers we just have to play with the setting a bit more.

  • Does this having any form of minimum dimming, either electrical or mechanical?
