          what time did you order? I ordered mine around 10:05 am. Its status just changed to "Picking in progress".

    Has anyone experienced issues with Paypal payment? I tried 2 times but both times the payment was rejected.

    It was OOS by the time I got hold of credit card.

    I received shipping notification yesterday within hours of receiving the order confirmation. And it is now waiting to be picked by up AusPost.

    I ordered at 10:12am via AfterPay and it just shipped at 10:29am this morning via AusPost. Hopefully turn up next week.
    EDIT: My order status on the BigW site went from 'Awaiting Processing' to 'Completed'. There was no other change. The order page also said expect delays on this item, but I'm guessing that's just a generic message.

      I bought mine at 10:02 am and I've seen people who bought at 10:12am already having it delivered and a few who placed orders at 10am had been cancelled on the day (I haven't came across anyone saying theirs got cancelled today though).

      It went from:
      10:02 am - Placed order and got confirmation email straightaway with the status 'Processing Payment' but money was already pending on my credit card

      around 5:00 pm - Status got changed to 'Payment Received. Thank you'

      next day (19th) around 9am - Status got changed to 'Being Fulfilled' and has stayed the same since.

      I've read that it could be at the 'being fulfilled' status if you used cc as payment type and it may need to clear into big w's account first before they release the item / ship it out. Another also said it could do with the postcode, which I doubt is my problem given where I am from is near their distribution centre in Hoxton Park.

      I do notice that those who checked out via guest has different status, but it is likely to be equivalent as those who are non-guest check outs. E.g. 'Being Fulfilled' = 'Picking in process' or 'Awaiting Processing'

      What time did you guys purchase and did you use credit card as payment?

        I just spoke to Sony Playstation, and he reckons that box should have a seal.
        Looking over the Interweb, it's a mixed bag.

          We have two PS5 in our family, they were from Amazon and JB. None of them have seal. There is another one that I got from this post (which end up to sell at RRP to my colleague) also don't have seal.
