Seems to be something like that - saw peoples cancelled who ordered before 09:00, while mine in Adelaide was placed at 9:03:45 and has progressed to a status of "Being Fulfilled"

You are right. I have checked the T&C and exclusions. Should be 5%. I have lodged the complaint, and it said they will respond in 1 business day.
Yes, but GST and delivery fee should be excluded, so it should be $749 * 0.9 * 0.05 = $33.705

I know why. Same address orders got canceled. Happened to me as well.
So you can't order more than one using the same address, even a bunch of people live at the same address.
Nop, that is why my one order got canceled and the other one is still "Being Fulfilled". They canceled my 1st order which was 5 mins before the next one. Two different name but same address.
@oceani: OK.. Mine was not cancelled at this moment, but still showing awaiting processing. My partner's got cancelled even she used her name and her phone number.

@hollykryten: Seems very reasonable to me. I can't think of a better way to discourage scalpers buying up all of the stock. Surely one per household is enough until stock is more readily available, or were you stocking up to resell?

I ordered 8.50am am in Sydney still says Payment Processing. I used a debit visa maybe they take longer to verify the funds exist vs a credit card ? The debit came up straight away on bank account
I'm not too sure, I used a Mastercard credit card! I ended up calling them, they assured me everything was ok and that the payment needs to be manually accepted on their end? But she also said the payment had gone through. Bloody confusing
