These iTunes gift card are valid for US iTunes Store only where apps/books are usually cheaper than the AU store.
The code is emailed and redeemed in iTunes.
Even though AU cards can be found cheaper, once you take into account the app price difference this in most cases is a better deal.

    i've never used one of these US iTunes cards before…
    I've just set up a US itunes account for free stuff…

    can anyone tell me if they've had success with these online US itunes codes with their accounts?

      I have been using US itunes cards for about 2 years - it is a great way to get access to new release movies and TV's at cheaper prices. It works the same as the AU store, just redeem your coupon code and you are away. Good luck!

      I've just setup US iTunes couple weeks ago and it worked fine. I use Amex anyway. Musics are cheaper on iTunes US.

    I tried ordering twice, first time using my Aussie credit card and second using Paypal. Had to enter a US address for shipping and billing. Both times went through but later received an email saying the order's been cancelled due to payment error. Boo!
