  The cable is OK.

  The Car Charger is crap, and can fail and blow the fuse (of the car). Also it struggles to power an iPhone 4/4S.

  The AC charger has USA straight pins, and even if an adapter is used - it can't safely handle Australia's 240 volts. It is illegal to import and to use in Australia. However, I did import and test one of these.
