Limited to the platinum keyboard colour

    • Thx updated header

    • Definitely do not recommend the platinum colour. Stains really easily and while they say alcantara is washable, it never comes up as a good as new even when you buy the proper cleaner

Yes, these fit both the Go and Go 2.

    Some fun facts:
This one is the older Surface Go 1 type cover, although works fine with Go 2, the difference is that the Go 1 did not have a magnetic cover, where as the Go 2 does.

Also to tell the difference between Go 1 and Go 2 type cover, just look at the function keys, at F1 and F2 is the brightness controls, whereas on the Go 2, F1 is key backlight control and F2-4 is volume controls.

Does anyone know if this would be compatible with Surface Pro 7 ? TIA

What does google search tell you?

    • definitely not, it's a different size on the connecting pins

      • Thanks guys. Been searching but could find a definite answer. Was thinking of taking the Surface Pro to the shop and try.

Posting here as it might help other people. I appears that the pins are the same, but there are 2 plastic bits which click in which are spaced differently on both devices. Shown in this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hHiII6Q_9n0

          • @Arsi: Thanks, I was thinking the same thing, but for a surface pro 3..

            • @maddoglee: I had a Pro 3 that I replaced the KB on 3 times. The final time I got a Pro 4 keyboard and even that had compatibility issues. M$ were aware but never bothered to address it.

I think the probability of this working well with your Pro3 is very, very low.

  • Good Find

Why can’t the keyboard for the iPad Pro be this price :(

  • +3

Thanks OP, got 1. Also chatted with Microsoft Online, they wouldn't match the price. So HN pickup is likely the best option.

    • Thanks I’ll remove that

  • Just out of curiosity guys, are there any aftermarket keyboards for Surface devices? I'm after one for my old Surface Pro 2 :(

    Thanks in advance.

Doesn't look like a folio case, does it stick out much? Also, I guess it goes over the kickstand back?

  • Is this compatible with the Surface Pro 6?, can’t seem to find much info on it.

    • See my comment above for clarification.
