I was looking to get some solution for so many gift cards purchased and found this app Card Smash, which impressed me a lot as you can upload multiple gift cards in it., different bar code styles are available and best thing is you can put transaction value in app after each transaction and it calculates the remaining value on card, which was a pain for me to track balance for different cards via different sites.

Asked them if they can run a special promotion for my OzBargain fellas, and they were happy to run this promo. Total 200 coupons available for Android users only atm.

Contains Ads: Will try to grab some promo on ads free in near future, though i ain't sure atm. But with the functionalities it provides, I personally would be happy to get ads free for few $'s only.

    Ya, most of the apps have ads, but I don't mind them if app can provide a good solution or would buy to support developers. But can request for promo for ads free or some discount. I think they would be happy to do that too, though I ain't sure atm.

    haha good question .. 4.1 rating with 10k+ downloads on google play with lots of great reviews gave me enough confidence. I wonder if someone would develop an app to steal gift cards :)

  Does it show coles gift card balance? looks mostly US stores anyway

    Ya, it has Coles. I uploaded my Coles GC in it. You can upload transaction made within app, and it will show the balance for quick reference in future. This functionality wasn't available in any other app I tried to use, which grabbed my attention. You can add any merchant manually as well, if its not readily available in app.

      I mean does it automatically pull the balance and show it without you having to do anything?

        As per my research, no app is providing this feature for cards bought outside the app. For automatic pulling, person is required to enter captcha to check balance, to avoid scam. Apps cannot show balance, until unless card is bought from within the app, which limits me to buy from that particular app only. People mentioned in other forums that they just note down balance in apple notes or with pen paper etc which is hassle in my opinion as compared to using this app and entering transaction value, which is pretty easy.

  Gift card balance is stated in pounds, can't see how to change to $.

    Mine is coming as $ automatically. Have you used vpn or your playstore is set to UK ?

        Ahan .. I will ask the developers to look into it .. I gave feedback about brightness and they fixed it pretty quick, now there is toggle switch when card is opened to turn on brightness, previously it was full bright automatically when card is opened and to update balance etc., you had to see on full bright screen which was not convenient. After which, I asked if they can have a deal exclusive to Ozbargain fellas, as I had searched for such an app on Ozbargain but to no avail, same was asked by other people too previously, but there was no conclusive app to manage gift cards. I hope, they will fix it quickly.

    Change English in Android settings from UK to Australia and try reinstalling the app. It will come in $'s ;)
