      Clothing and footwear only

    • I thought about this too but the T&C says "this Offer cannot be used in conjunction with other offers". Was it successful for you?

      • +1

Yea it worked. Luckily it was nearly all clothing anyway. After the $20 off, balance was $113 paid by zip and the $20 credit has been applied directly.

        • +1

Awesommee thanks for letting me know! Putting my order of unnecessary clothing and footwear in now LOL.

        • Wait a sec… "The $20 AUD credit back amount will be applied to your Zip Account within 14 business days of the purchase being processed.". How did you know it worked? Has your zip credit come through already?

          Mine hasn't…

          • @Bargainbeth: Yep. It usually only takes a couple of days in my experience.

            • @dmbminaret: I got mine on the day of purchase

              • @[Deactivated]: Was it weekend day or weekday? I think mine showed monday after saturday but can't be sure.

                • @dmbminaret: The transaction and the cashback were added yesterday

                  • @[Deactivated]: weekday. which give a bit of merit to my theory that you won't get it on weekend day but first weekday after if all things are good.

I emailed Zip on Thursday, here is the response I received this afternoon.

"Thank you for reaching out to us!

Unfortunately, the Target credit promotion is not eligible through the Tap & Zip card."

    • I received the same response from Zip when I emailed to enquire. But took the chance yesterday anyways as some reported getting cashback with Tap&Pay, and got my $20 today after purchasing Only1 gift card (no Colesmyer in my store) :)

  • Got a Kenwood food processor. Not sure if I need it

    • LOL! Why would you part with your hard earnt cash if you don't need the item?

      • No idea. Buyers remorse now. Just received notification to collect it

  • Since this promotion is directly from Zip itself, you can still go through Cashrewards or ShopBack, right?

  • I paid $100 online with zip on day 1 of promo and I know it’ll take some days to get $20 credit. Today I get a notification from zip to spend $100 at target to get $20 credit……, should I be worried that my initial transaction is not counted? I spend exactly $100

    • Probably wouldn’t worry. Would say everyone get that notification.

    • I did my purchase yesterday and got my credit today so I’d be worried if I were you

    • What is zip tag?

      • using zip via apple wallet

What gift card did you get

      • +1

Received my $20 today as Target Credit Back

  • Nice. Used the Target app and signed up for Target Shop+ rewards program and scored an extra $5 off my next purchase (no minimum spend AFAIK, but excludes GCs and gaming).

    • Scored an extra $5 off my next purchase

Does this targeted coupon code have an expiry?

      • +1

Yes, it's only in the app and valid for a month (exp. 9/3/21).

It's not targetted though, every second purchase unlocks a random reward.

  • other than apple wallet can someone confirm if zip via google pay used in store to buy a gift card worked and they got their $20 credit?

    • +1

I was going to do it, but my local Target is closing down soon, no giftcards to sell.

I would say just buy it and use it to buy 10% off Coles MasterCard @ Coles from 10th, nothing to lose at all.

    • If it works with Apple Pay, I believe it should work with google pay, ima do it today.

      • Be careful as I'm not sure if this promotion has ended already? As the T&C oddly says ends 11.59AM, not PM.

        • thanks i called but they said they would email clarification as soon as they find out from the correct dept if its meant to be pm. i still havent gotten an answer. so i went to the store before closing and made a purchase. on app screen it says ends on feb 11th so i did a sceen print.

  • brought a shirt and and $90 gift card yesterday and got $20 credit today for tap and pay. on app screen it says ends on feb 11th so for those that want to do it hurry up.
