Nah sadly not. Could use a PoE splitter but you may as well just power it normally.
No, hold up, I think PoE splitter is exactly what I would need for this. I just chuck the splitter into the camera and then run an ethernet cable from the camera to my switch. This means I won't need a powerpoint near the camera, right?
Yeah I was thinking that you would have the PoE splitter close to the camera when you just have to run a long cable and have the splitter near a power source :/ Silly me.

https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1005002059370149.html@Clear: Yep, that looks like them, or very similar, but Jaycar sell one for the same price as 3 from AliExpress… I have some of the Ali ones powering routers, APs, and such from a smart managed switch, my switch senses them and powers them up, straight non-smart splitters without a regulator and such it wont power up, it doesn't sense them…
(I have seen other cheaper looking versions slightly cheaper, but I know these Ali ones work well for me)

What PoE switch to you use? Can I simply connect the switch to my RT-AC68 and it will function fine? The router doesn't explicitally need to support PoE right?

So for IMOU cameras, is the only way to change settings such as assigning a static IP address and NTP server via the app? There's no Web GUI for Imou correct?
