      I've bought from them several times, both online and pickup and never had a problem…

      I might vote +ve for this deal if i knew what was on sale…

      take 2 off siuol's comment votes… I'm a little tipsy and hit the plus instead of the minus!
      I've bought twice from e-store and had a good experience both times. The second of those times was only a month or so ago too.

    I would hardly count that whirlpool thread as a company to be avoided!

    The OP got his issue sorted out, and there were probably more positive comments from others on that same thread than negatives.

    I have shopped there a number of times over the years and never had any drama's.

    The price on the BOXEE looks pretty good!

    EDIT: Looks like a couple more whirlpool threads have been added to prove a point, really can't see a problem dealing with Estore based off the content in either of the 3 threads mentioned.

    Agreed. I've dealt with them quite a few times and the service has always been good with quick delivery.

    My first order from them is a NAS I ordered on the 13th of December hoping to set it up over the Christmas break. It was listed as in stock and showed as shipped on the 14th in my account. I got an email from them on the 19th saying they wanted to send it via Courier and now wanted a street address. WTF it was supposed to be shipped 5 days earlier. I Gave them a street address and have not heard back since. I have emailed querying if it has actually been sent now, but still have not received a reply. I won't neg this bargain as it is a good price, but just beware how long it might take to get something and lack of customer service.

      Thats pretty rough! Although I guess you were lucky that they initiated the communication to ask for the address rather than you possibly having to chase it up for even further delay.

      Maybe give them a call on the phone, I generally have better success when I speak with them.

      Estore/ISWH/City Software, have been around for ages, so I doubt they are trying to pull a swifty on anyone.

      Yeah they seem to have issues replying to emails, I purchased an internet radio from them, which arrived the next day or two but had no manuals or disks, emailed a few times and they never replied so gave them a call and got it sorted.

    Went to the sale. Prices are not that good.. Most stuff is just a few $ off the prices in static ice. Not happy :(

    Its computer gear. With these sales, unless its somewhere like dick smith, MASSIVE DISCOUNT usually ends up being $5

    Apparently it was pointless to indicate this sale was at a specific geographic location as opposed to a general online sale which led to the geographic details being added by admin later. Since it was pointless to do this I won't be doing it again for any thread because the admin has written at the top being helpful here is pointless.

    Also pointless to point out this fact but just wanted to share the festive sentiments which are clearly overflowing on this site -so expect to see this comment gone pretty quick - now how do you spell that french saying la vie or something equally pointless…

    Whats the bargain ? I agree sales to the forums…. Im not going searching through a website 'cos of a sale to find a bargain or thats all I would do… please post the bargains
