    John West, Greenseas (which I get regularly), are like your typical chicken nugget: it's all mushed together and is only somewhat like the real chunks of meat.

    Sirena is like an actual cut of chicken breast for your nugget

    I think the normal price is a bit of a stretch, but the 40-50% off that comes around periodically represents good value given it's much higher quality than the cheaper options.
