      Hitman III is a whole new game (chapter 3), but if you own Hitman 1 or Hitman 2 they act as the first 2 chapters respectively.

      I'm currently playing through Chapter 1 in Hitman III on PS5. Yeah there are engine improvements over the first one, second one less so.

        Yeah I know Hitman 3 is a new game with new story and locations. I meant what is the benefit of playing the Hitman 2 locations in the Hitman 3 game?

          @krayl: Subtle engine improvements and 4K. Faster loading too. The ability to trade off your physical copy of II if you own the disc.

          As mentioned below, having the 'complete' game in one package.

      You are essentially bringing over the first 2 chapters so you have a complete game.

      It great being able to access everything you have unlocked (levels,weapons, costumes etc) from the same game.

      Even though the way ioi does things is so bloody confusing and arse backwards…..

  Yeah grabbed this yesterday. Have hitman 1 from games with gold (which i've never played); just need hitman 3 now so i can import the other 2 over!

  For Xbox Series X, unlock the frame rate in the settings to get the game running close to 4k 60fps.

      You can unlock it on PS5 in Hitman II for stable 60fps but I’m not sure if it’s true 4K

  Thanks OP. Much cheaper than the $139.95 access pass. I still can't believe they have the nerve to charge more for hitman 2 than hitman 3
