So this was $895 and is now $695 - so that's a greater % off then the deal above!

Well I went to TGG today and looked at both… Then preferred a 50" Samsung TU8000 which I got quoted $750. So I am thinking I'll get that instead 😅

As per your linked previous deal, it seems all rebadged Konka TVs - these big names like Blaupunkt, Akai, Teac, etc aren't making appliances any more, simply get whatever generic product they find and slap the badge on the front.
In saying that, might as well go to Big W and save another $100 or so.
