Join the free Microsoft Azure Virtual Training Day: AI Fundamentals to explore fundamental AI concepts and learn how to get started with AI on Azure, led by Microsoft technical experts. This training will introduce the core fundamental concepts related to artificial intelligence and how the services within Microsoft Azure can be used to create AI Solutions.

In the email I received, it states that after completing this free training, you’ll be eligible to take the Microsoft Azure AI Fundamentals certification exam at no cost, though I don't see it mentioned in the webpage

  When you click to register on either of the two days it states that you can then get an exam voucher to take the AI-900 exam at no cost.

  Be warned, it's basically just an extensive sales pitch for Azure. The fundamentals are very basic - 'how to purchase this subscription', 'this subscription is required to add these applications'. Worth doing if you are very new or need the ticket for your resume but otherwise, not.

  Never got my free exam after doing training either =(

    You have to attend both days of training and they send you the exam voucher to the email you signed up to the webinar with within 5 days I think it was.
    I got it last time I went to these webinars. Didn't use the voucher so I am attending with a different email address now so I get another go.

    Edit - I did the Azure Fundamentals one AZ-900. Not AI.

    Haven't done the AI one, but did do power platform fundamentals a little while ago and sat the PL-900 exam a few weeks ago. Very basic intro, but an easy toe in the water if you want to see what you can play with in the platform, and you get a sticker you can put on your linkedin profile if that's what you're into. My biggest frustration was that some of the learning assumes you already have a corp. license to use a lot of the products, but it is still a sales pitch.

    They don't seem to email you a voucher code. You need to log in to the Microsoft certification dashboard then select the exam you're eligible to sit for free. When you go through the registration process, after you confirm your details, it will check against your account (or an alternative email address) for discounts and should have a freebie against your account for attending the training day. Select the discount button and then keep going through the steps. You should get to scheduling and then the total payment will be 0.00. Hopefully that helps.

    you can also contact them if you did not receive the free exam, this is linked to your email address you used to attend the webinar, so when you login for booking an exam with the same email id it should turn up otherwise you can contact them with details about the webinar i.e. when you attended and host name.
